| LT Georgios Tsivgoulis HN was born in Lesvos, Greece in June 13, 1978. He graduated from the Hellenic Naval Academy with a BSc in Naval Engineering in 2001. He received the MSc in Electrical Engineering and the Electrical Engineer degree from the US Naval Postgraduate School in 2009. He currently works as an electronics system engineer of a HN frigate and as external lecturer of the Hellenic Naval Academy and of the Hellenic Navy Petty Officers Academy. He is PhD candidate in the Intelligent Communication and Broadband Networks Laboratory of National Technical University of Athens. He is also a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
